摘要
介绍图像压缩原理,分析小波变换用于图像压缩的一般步骤,基于多分辨分析的理论基础,重点与详细的说明了小波变换在图像压缩中的数学计算过程所起到的作用,并用MATLAB给予模拟演示。
The principle of image compression is first introduced in this paper. Further the common steps of image compression on wavelet transform are analyzed. Then based on the theory of multi-resolution analysis, this paper expatiates the application of the process of mathematical calculation on wavelet transform in image compression. Finally the process of the image compression is simulated and demonstrated by MATLAB.
