摘要 1病例报告患儿男，10岁。因发热17d，于2006年11月9日入院。入院查体：血压17．3～22．6／12．0～16．0kPa（1kPa=7．5mmHg），一般情况可，心肺未见异常，肝脾及全身浅表淋巴结无肿大，双肾区叩击痛，腹部触诊可及肿大的双肾下极，右侧肋下3．5cm，
