摘要
根据某公司工业循环冷却水的水质分析和设备材质情况,配制了9种水处理药剂。通过静态试验,比较这9种水处理药剂的阻垢率及缓蚀率,从中筛选出最佳药剂配方供生产使用,以便对循环冷却水起到阻垢缓蚀效果。
According to the quality analysis of a company＇s cooling water and its equipment materials, nine water treatment chemicals were prepared. The fouling inhibition rates and corrosion inhibition rate of 9 water treatment chemicals were compared through static tests. The optimized chemical formulation was screened for commercial operation.
