脂联素与子痫前期 被引量：3

摘要 脂联素是由脂肪细胞分泌的脂肪细胞因子,对糖脂代谢有重要影响,可增加胰岛素敏感性,具有抗炎和抗动脉粥样硬化作用。脂联素浓度随妊娠进程下降,而子痫前期脂联素浓度变化目前还有分歧,随研究深入将最终阐明脂联素与子痫前期的相关性及其作用机制。
