摘要
介绍了超重力机在3.2MPa位阻胺变换气脱硫装置中运用的特点、优势及方案的实施。实际运行结果表明,变换气流量为65000m3/h(标态)时,变换气进口H2S质量浓度1200mg/m3,出口质量浓度20mg/m3。该工艺运行稳定,与脱硫塔相比,富液再生时少耗蒸汽4t/h,经济效益显著。
A presentation is of the scheme of the use of the u given of the operational characteristics, superiority, and realization ltragravity separator in the shift effluent desulfurization unit by hindered amine at 3.2 MPa. The results of actual operation indicate that, when the flowrate of the shift effluent is 65 000 m^3( standard conditions) per hour, and the inlet H2S in the shift effluent is 1 200 mg per m^3 in mass concentration, then its outlet is 20 mg per m^3 in mass concentration. The process runs stably, and compared to the desulfurizing tower, the regeneration of the rich solution consumes 4 ton per hour less of steam, and the economic benefit is considerable.
