阿托伐他汀对2型糖尿病肾病微量蛋白尿的影响被引量：2

摘要目的:观察阿托伐他汀对2型糖尿病肾病微量蛋白尿的治疗作用。方法:将确诊为2型糖尿病肾病78例患者随机分为对照组及治疗组。在降糖治疗同时,治疗组加用阿托伐他汀(阿乐胶囊)10mg,日1次,共8周,观察两组治疗前后的总胆固醇、三酰甘油、LDL-C、HDL-C、尿微量白蛋白各项指标的变化。结果:治疗组上述指标与治疗前比较均显著改变(P<0.05或P<0.01);治疗组与对照组治疗后比较差异有显著性或非常显著性。结论:阿托伐他汀有较好的调节血脂,降低尿微量白蛋白,延缓肾脏病变进展。
