摘要
为改善脱出物在振动筛面的分布,进行了圆锥形风机的研究。根据全喂入联合收割机清选物料对风机气流的要求,计算确定了风机的工作参数和结构参数,并进行了试验验证。有关试验结果表明:该机构具有一定圆锥角的离心式风机所产生的横向风速,能有效改善脱出混合物在振动筛面上的均布,从而提高了全喂入联系收割机高清选质量。
To improve the outlet distribution on vibrating sieve, conical cleaning fan was designed. Operating and structural parameters were calculated and determined based on the demand of combine materials-flow to the airflow of cleaning apparatus. And the experimental verification was done. The results show that horizontal speed produced by centrifugal fan with cone angle can promote the outlet distribution in the screen surface of fan-oscillating sieve, and improve the cleaning quality.
