摘要
为了改善起重机操作人员的工作条件,提高其工作效率,提出了起重机智能遥控器的设计方案。该智能遥控器以单片机为核心,控制芯片MT8888C完成DTPF信号的发送和接收,并驱动外围设备,从而控制起重机按发送命令运行,实现了对起重机的远距离控制。实际使用证明,该遥控器操作灵活,安全可靠,响应速度快,可大大方便操作人员对起重机的实际操作。
The design scheme of intellectualized remote-controller for crane was proposed, in order to improve crane runner＇s work condition and work efficiency. The remote-controller was in the center of AT89C52 single chip computer and controlled MT8888C CMOS chip to transmit and receive DTPF signal. With this system, the crane runs according to transmitted order and so remote control for crane is realized and is very convenient for runners to operate.
