摘要
介绍了用于消防车的分布式检测系统中设计与实现的RS485网络。该系统由上、下位机构成,下位机包括有流量、压力、温度、转矩、转速、功率等参数检测的12块仪表,提出了一种应用于中小型分布式实时检测系统的变波特率RS485主从式总线结构,解决了传统主从式通信方式的通信阻塞问题,并详细阐明了该方法的实现过程,给出了上、下位机之间的通信协议。为RS485网络的设计与实现、设备升级等应用提供了一种有效的思路,具有良好的应用前景。
The RS485 network used in fire truck distribution automatic detection system was introduced. The system is constituted of host computer and slave computer. The slave computer includes 12 meters which are used in parameters detection including flow, pressure, temperature, torque, speed, power, etc. A baud rate change RS485 master-slave bus architecture applied in the SMEs distribution detection system was proposed. The communication obstruction problem of traditional master-slave communication was solved and the method of achieving complete process was clarified. Finally, a communication protocol between host computer and slave computer was given. The research shows that the system provides an effective idea for the design and realization of RS485 network, and it has a good prospect.
