摘要
为了提高火工品的双边可靠性评估精度,研究了火工品双边可靠性模型,给出了基于经典二阶近似限的正态双边可靠性下限计算方法,并采用蒙特卡罗方法进行了模拟研究。结果表明,当试验样本量为20~30时,计算精度就能满足要求。同时以某针刺雷管为例进行了大小样本对比验证,证明了该方法的适用性和可行性。
The bilateral reliability model for initiating explosive devices was studied in order to improve the assessment precision. The calculation method was proposed for the lower limit of bilateral reliability based on the classical two-rank approximate limit, and the simulation tests were conducted By Monte Carlo method. Results show that the precision is suitable for the requirements of relia- bility assessment for initiating devices when the amounts of samples are 20 - 30. And the feasibility and applicability is validated by tests with stab detonators compared with the other methods.
