摘要
目的观察筋骨痛消丸治疗血瘀寒凝型膝关节增生性关节炎的临床疗效。方法将160例血瘀寒凝型膝关节增生型关节炎患者分为两组,治疗组120例,应用筋骨痛消丸口服,6g/次,2次/d;对照组40例,口服骨刺片,3片/次,3次/d,1个月后评定疗效及安全性指标。结果治疗组临床痊愈23例、显效63例、有效26例、无效8例,总有效率93.8%;对照组临床痊愈7例、显效21例、有效9例、无效3例,总有效率92.5%,两组间的差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。治疗后的症状和体征积分,治疗组由治疗前的(8.98±2.24)下降为(2.15±1.71),对照组由治疗前的(8.29±2.35)下降为(2.25±1.25),治疗前后的差异均有非常显著性意义(P<0.01),但两组患者间治疗后的积分差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论筋骨痛消丸治疗血瘀寒凝性膝关节增生性关节炎疗效确切,安全。
Objective To observe the effect of ＂Jingu Tongxiao Wan＂ on blood stasis and cold coagulation type gonarthrosis. Methods 160 patients with blood stasis and cold coagulation type gonarthrosis were divided into the ＂Jingu Tongxiao Wan＂ group （group A） with 120 cases （treated with ＂Jingu Tongxiao Wan＂ 6 g/time, 2 times/d） and ＂Guci Plan＂ group （group B） with 40 cases （treated with ＂Guci Plan＂ 3 tablets/time, 3 times/d）. Indexes of effect and safe were observed after one month. Results 23 cases were healed, 63 cases were excellent, 9 cases were utilitied, 9 cases were invalid, total effective rate was 93.8% in the group A. While, in the group B, 7 cases were healed, 21 cases were excellent, 9 cases were utilitied, 3 cases were invalid, total effective rate was 92.5%. There was no significant difference between two groups （P〉0.05）. Scores of sings and symptoms before and after treatment were 8.98±2.24 and 2.15±1.71 respectively in the group A, and 8.29±2.35 and 2.25±1.25 respectively in the group B. The scores after treatment were significantly different from that before treatment in each group （P〈0. 01 ）, and no significant difference between scores of the group A and group B after treatment （ P〉0. 05）. Conclusion The treatment of ＂Jingu Tongxiao Wan＂ shows an obvious effect and safe on blood stasis and cold coagulation type gonarthrosis.
