宫颈癌患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的检测 被引量：5

摘要 该文应用人T单克隆抗体借助APAAP桥联酶标技术检测了44例宫颈癌患者外用血T淋巴细胞亚群，其中30例进行放疗前后比较，结果表明：宫颈癌患者与正常人相比总T细胞（T3）明显减少（P＜0．001），辅助性T细胞（T4）改变不大，抑制／杀伤性T细胞（T8）显著上升（P＜0．001），T4／T8比值明显下降（P＜0．001）。放疗后T3、T4均略上升，T8稍有下降，T4／T8比值回升（P＜0．001）。该研究提示宫颈癌患者细胞免疫功能低下，放疗后随着肿瘤消退免疫细胞虽有好转趋势，但免疫功能尚未能同步恢复，认为在治疗杀伤癌细胞同时乃至疾病恢复期如用免疫调节剂，有利于提高宫颈癌治愈率。
