摘要
为了充分发挥老设备的效能、保证生产安全,作者根据现场实际,采用分布式采集模块技术对油厂罐区浮子钢带液位计变送器进行了改造。实践证明,改造后的变送器运行安全稳定,计量准确。此技术是改造现有老罐区的一种经济、可靠的方法,对类似的项目具有很高的参考价值。
In order to bring full play to old equipment's efficiency and ensure safety production, distributed data acquisition modules were used to improve the hydraulic steel -belt float transmitter according to the local situation. By such a modification, a safe and steady transmission with accurate measurement was achieved. The technique is an economical and reliable way to rebuild old oil tank areas and other similar projects.
