摘要
胃肠pHi的监测使临床医师及时了解病人的内脏和粘膜血液灌注及氧合的状态,而且比其它传统指标测定简单,反应敏感,是预测危重病人转归、术后病人严重并发症和死亡率的参考指标之一,这对指导、评价治疗,探讨某些病症的发病机理等方面有一定意义。
