摘要
目的:观察奥尔芬-75(双氯芬酸钠盐酸利多卡因注射液)治疗急性肾绞痛的临床疗效。方法:将我院2007年4～10月接诊的150例输尿管结石所致急性肾绞痛病例随机分为A、B、C组,A组单用奥尔芬-75治疗;B组采用奥尔芬-75和654-2联用治疗;C组采用盐酸曲马多和654-2联用治疗;用药后30min进行疗效比较。结果:肾绞痛缓解的总有效率:A组为96%,B组为100%,C组为50%。结论:奥尔芬-75针在急性肾绞痛治疗中有较高疗效,和654-2联用能显著加快缓解疼痛的起效时间,值得临床推广。
Objective：To observe the therapeutic effect of Olfen^TM-75 injection for the treatment of the renal colic. Methods： 150 renal colic patients because of ureterolith, from 4 to 10,2007, were randomly divided into 3 groups： A, B and C. Olfen^TM-75 were given in group A; Olfen^TM-75＋654-2 were given in group B; Tramadol＋654-2 were given in group C, therapeutic effect were observed comparatively after given 30 min. Results： Groups A＇ effective rate is 96%. Groups B is 100%. Groups C is 50%. Conclusions： Olfen^TM-75 has the high therapeutic effect rate for the treatment of the renal colic.Olfen^TM-75＋654-2 can shorten the remission time.It is the effective agent for the treatment of the renal colic.
