摘要
在对工程建设项目集成管理研究的基础上,结合供应链管理的基本思想,以工程项目为核心,依据建筑企业工程项目实际,对工程建设项目信息流、物流和资金流进行综合考虑,从过程控制能力、敏捷性、项目效益、项目满意性、合作能力和环保能力等方面构建工程建设项目集成管理绩效评价指标体系。该指标体系较全面、完整、系统地体现了工程建设项目集成管理绩效评价的特点,保障工程建设项目集成管理绩效评价的客观性和科学性。
The paper bases on the theory of construction project integration management, conjoins the theory of supply chain management, takes the project as the core and the reality of the real project, considers the material flow, the information flow and the capital flow, constructs the appraisal index system of process control ability, flexibility, effectiveness, satisfaction, cooperation ability and environment protection. The index system gives the characters of the appraisal and can make the integration management to be more objective and scientific.
