摘要
介绍了三工位隔离开关电动操作机构的电气指示控制部分,利用多体动力学仿真软件ADAMS对其进行动态运动仿真,得出三工位指示机构运动中的关键数据,为机构的优化设计提供可靠的依据。分析结果表明,随着工程技术人员对ADAMS软件的掌握,可以有效地提高工程技术人员设计开发新产品的能力,缩短物理样机的试制时间,减少或避免因设计带来的物理样机返修现象。
Introduction was made to the electrical indication control part in three work position isolation switch dynamoelectric operating mechanism, by using multi bodies dynamics simulation software ADAMS to carry out dynamic state motion simulation for it, having ob- tained key data of mechanism motion medium, provided dependable basis for optimization design of the mechanism. Results show that fol- lowing engineering technical personnel with mastering of ADAMS software, their ability to design and develop new product will effectively be raised, thus shortening the time in manufacturing prototype machine, reducing or avoiding re-doing of prototype machine due to design.
