摘要
通过对发动机橡胶减振垫限位结构的工作原理说明和设计实例介绍,结合橡胶减振垫的设计准则和失效判断标准,阐述了限位结构的设计计算方法及其对改善减振垫性能的影响,给出了通过产品结构优化设计来改善发动机橡胶减振垫性能的一个方案。
Though introducing the working principal and design example, combining the design criteria and failure judgment standard, this paper expatiated the design and calculation method for snubber structure and it's influence in improving the performance of engine mounting, and offered a solution to improve engine mount performance by optimizing structure design.
