摘要 随着计算机技术的发展和虚拟仪器技术的广泛采用,内燃机测试技术开始向以微机为核心、虚拟仪器为软件平台的计算机辅助测试的方向发展。本文采用基于LabVIEW虚拟仪器软件平台,设计了单缸汽油机数据采集系统。该系统包括采用LabJack数据采集卡采集各种传感器信号,并利用LabVIEW设计了信号处理系统。该数据采集系统具有成本低、测量精确、易于操纵的优点。可以将该系统用于采集发动机各常规工况参数数据,并应用该系统分析发动机压缩比、空燃比、点火提前角等参数对发动机动力和经济性能以及尾气排放的影响。 With the development of computer science and virtual instrument technologies, testing technology for internal combustion engine is upgrading toward to Computer Aided Testing (CAT). Based on the virtual instrument development system LabVIEW, the Data Acquisition System (DAQ) for a single cylinder gasoline engine was designed in this paper. By using Lab Jack as the hardware for acquiring various sensor signals and LabVIEW as the signal processing and Graphics User Interface (GUI) , this system can collect the characteristic data of internal combustion engine. This system can be used to analyze the influence of dynamic, economic and emission performance of various engine parameters, such as compression ratio, spark timing and air-fuel ratio.
