摘要
社会的和谐发展必须建立在公平正义的基础上,弱势群体问题已经成为严重的社会问题。从构建和谐社会的角度出发,法律界就必须更加关心、关注弱势群体的生存与发展,刑法作为我国法典的重要组成部分,就必须有所调整,以维护弱势群体的正当权益。
The harmonious development of the society must build up on the foundation of fair and justice, the minority community problem has already become a seriously social problem. To set up harmonious society, the law must concern more about the existence and development of the minority community, the Criminal Law,a importance part of our country＇s code, must make some adjustment, to support proper rights of the minority community.
