土压平衡盾构推进电液控制系统仿真及试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 介绍了采用压力流量复合控制的土压平衡盾构模拟推进电液控制系统的工作原理,以土体线性粘弹性模型作为负载建立了比例溢流阀、比例调速阀和液压缸的数学模型,分别导出了比例溢流阀控制推进系统压力和比例调速阀控制推进系统速度的传递函数。采用常规PID控制对压力和速度控制系统的阶跃特性和稳定性进行仿真分析,验证其可行性。通过对盾构模拟推进试验结果分析可以看出该液压系统在模拟盾构推进试验中达到了预期的控制效果,为实际盾构推进液压系统的设计提供一定的参考依据。 The hydraulic thrust system of EPB shield using flow and pressure compound control techniques was presented.Taking the visco-elasticity model of soil as load,the mathematical models of proportional pressure relief valve,flow regulation valve and cylinder were established,and the transfer functions for pressure and speed control systems were obtained.Simulations were done to verify the dynamic performances of the closed-loop systems employing PID controllers.The experimental results show that the thrust system can achieve the expectations successfully,which provides some references for engineering design.
