摘要
目的:对血液透析小型反渗水设备进行技术改进,扩大供水能力。方法:在原有反渗水回路上增加小型水箱缓存多余反渗水,供更多血透机及透析器复用机使用。结果:改造后反渗水设备供水能力提高,能负担更多血透机及透析器复用机工作。结论:该技术改进在保证供水质量的同时,能最大限度地发挥现有设备的效能。
Objective To improve the technology of reverse osmosis(Re)system in hemodialysis for greater water supply. Methods A small water tank was set in the Re water circuit to collect the left Re water to be used by the dialyzer reuse machine and other more dialysis machines. Results The efficiency of Re water supply system was improved with the technical innovation. More dialyzer reuse machine and dialysis machines were able to work. Conclusion The technical improvement can not only ensure the water quality, but also make good use of the dialyzer reuse machine and dialysis machines.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2008,29(4):58-59]
