摘要
综合利用粉煤灰是我国发展国民经济的一项基本国策,本文结合青岛前湾新港和后海岸滩快速公路的建设,阐述就地利用黄岛和青岛两电厂大量废料(粉煤灰)的工程优势,如能及早组织实施,必将给青岛市带来巨大的经济效益和环境效益。
Owing to a mass of fly ash occupied much valuable land, polluted envir onmental, cosumed expensive construction funds, so comprehensive utilization he fly ash has been placed the basic policy of China. Qian-Wan new port rea of Qingdao harbour & rear seashore backfill need a mass of reclaimed- earth. In the meanwhile, close neighbour upon them was the Huangdao & Qingdao power station which excrete fly ash nearing 2000 cubic metres every day. This paper expounds the superiority of utilize above two power stations' fly ash for reclamation. Comprehensive utilization of fly ash is a basic policy of China for the development of national economy. This paper expounds the superiority of utilizing on the spot large amounts of wastes fly ash of the Huangdao and Qingdao Power Plants to the construction of the new port at the front cove and the rear seashore of Qingdao. If this can be carried out at an early date, it will bring substantial econmie and environmental benefits to Qingdao.
