摘要
现代机械零件不仅承受各种复杂机械载荷,还可能工作在热、电、磁、流体的环境中,因此零件设计不仅要考虑机械载荷,还应对其他因素的作用进行计算,在介绍了有限元分析软件功能,有限元分析软件的静力、动力分析方法基础上,介绍了如何使用有限元分析软件ANSYS进行有限元分析,完成齿轮设计的方法。
The modem machine components not only stand each kind of complex mechanism load, also has possibility work in the heat, electricity, magnetism, and the fluid environment. Therefore, the components design not only considers the mechanical load, also need calculate other factors' s function. Based on introduce the fi- nite - element analysis software' s function, the finite - element analysis software' s static and mechanical analysis, introduce a method how to use the finite - element analysis software ANSYS to analyses, and completes the gear design.
