摘要
本文应用脱脂奶粉代替小牛胸腺DNA等大分子物质配制预杂交液和杂交液进行核酸分子杂交,同时用经典的含小牛胸腺DNA等大分子物质的预杂交液和杂交液作为对照。结果表明,用脱脂奶粉可以代替小牛胸腺DNA等大分子物质进行核酸分子杂交,此法经济,配制简便,实际可用。
Prehybridization solution and hybridization Solution were preparaed with skimmed milk instead of DNA of calf thymus for nucleic acid hybridization, Mean-while, prehybridization solution and hybridization solution contained DNA of calf thymus were as control. The results showed that the skimmed milk could replacc DNA of calf thymus for nucleic acid hybridization and it was economical, simple and applicable.
