摘要
本文研完结果表明,电针可抑制痛兴奋神经元(PEN)和兴奋痛抑制神经元(PIN)的电活动。脑室注射八肽胆囊收缩素(CCK-8)能取消电针引起的上述PEN和PIN的放电变化,而无硫CCK-8则对上述针刺作用没有影响。脑室注射CCK-8还可同时对抗电针对一个PEN放电的抑制作用和一个PIN放电的兴奋作用,而无硫CCK-8则无此作用。
The results were as follows: Electroacupuncture (EA) not only inhibited the discharges of pain excited neurons (PEN), but also excited the discharges of pain inhibited neurons (PIN) . Intracerebroventricular (icv) injection of cholecystokinin octapeptide (CCK-8)abolished the discharging changes of PEN and PIN elicited by EA, while unsulfated CCK-8 did not affect the effect of EA. Furthermore, icy CCK-8 counteracted the inhibitory effect of PEN and the excitatory effect of PIN Produced by EA simultaneously. Unsulfated CCK-8 did not antagonize the analgesic effect of EA.
