摘要
目的：观察不同的药物组合治疗慢性前列腺炎（Chronicprostatitis,CP）的疗效。方法：72例依据中国泌尿外科疾病诊断治疗指南诊断为慢性前列腺炎病人,依年龄、病程和症状被分成两组,中西药结合治疗组（A组,36例）和西药治疗组（B组,36例）。两组均附加相同的其他治疗方法,如,a-受体阻滞剂,前列腺按摩,温水坐浴等物理方法。治疗6-8周后,对两组病人进行治疗效果比较。结果：两组治疗后的起效时间,（NIH-CPSI）症状评分,前列腺液复查结果等前后相比较均有显著的差异（P〈0.001）。在前列腺液细菌培养结果上与治疗前后相比两组均有显著改善（P〈0.001）。A组的症状疗效较B组改善更明显（P〈0.05）。结论：结合中西药治疗慢性前列腺炎具有较好的疗效,改善症状较快,较显著,优于单纯西药治疗。
Objective： To observe the different medication of the chronic prostatitis. Methods： Seventy- two chronic prostatitis patients diagnosed by the Diagnosis and Treatment Guidance of Chinese Urologic Disease. They were divided into two groups by the age, history, symptoms etc. Group A（36 patients）were treated with traditional Chinese medicine and group B（36 patients）were treated with western medicine. All the patients were treated with the same other therapy. Six to eight weeks later, the treatment results of the two groups were com- pared. Results： The improvements of NIH - CPSI and quality of life score changed time of group A were greater than those in group B（P 〈 0. 001）. Compared with the condition of pre - treatment , the EPS bacteria culture show great improment in statistics（P 〈0. 001）. Conclusion ： The combination of traditional Chinese medicine may have more effect in the treatment of chronic prostatitis.
