摘要
脑转移癌是恶性肿瘤的终末期,发生率越来越高,而传统观点一定程度上影响了治疗的决断。关于脑转移癌的治疗已经有长足进步,治疗技术已经从传统的全脑放疗加激素治疗过渡到了手术切除和全脑放疗或者放射外科治疗等综合应用阶段。脑转移癌的化疗研究也有了明显进展。脑转移癌的预后评价体系也正在逐步完善。进一步加强脑转移癌的临床与基础相关问题研究,可能导致脑转移癌诊疗的更大进步。
The incidence of brain metastasis was increasing in recent years. The traditional pessimistic view of a terminal condition was challenged knowing a better control of the primary system disease and advancement in treatements. Therapy was streamlined from empirical whole brain irradiation or steroid therapy to aggressive personalized surgical treatment or radiosurgery. Advances in chemotherapy had already optimized the prognosis. Translational research in the area would potentially bring a further advance in the area.
