摘要
就我国高等教育教学现存的青年教师培养问题进行初步探讨,分析了目前高校青年教师培养工作中存在的普遍问题,分别从如何提高青年教师的业务素质,如何培养青年教师的综合能力以及如何全面提升青年教师的思想道德素质三方面探讨了提高青年教师培养质量的方法。
This article explores the status quo of young college teachers training, and analyses the common problems of it. The methods of improving the quality of young teachers training are concluded on researching of how to increase professional qualities, to foster comprehensive abilities and to enhance ideological and moral qualities.
