摘要
在多晶相界(MPB)附近,PMN-PT体系的压电系数d33达到367pC·N-1,平面机电耦合系数kp达到46%
The piezoelectric and dielectric behavior were studied in PMN-PT system across the morphotropic phase boundary (MPB). In the region of the MPB, high dielectric and piezoelectric characters were obtained, d33 = 367pC. N-1, kp= 46%. And the relative fraction of tetragonal phase was estimated by XRD method.
