摘要
用固相反应法制备 CaS, SrS, Ga2S3及 Ce2S3,进而合成了MGa2S4:Ce(M=Ca,Sr)电致发光材料.CaGa2S4和SrGa2S4同属D空间群中斜方晶系结构用430nm的光激发时,CaGa2S4:Ce3和SrGa2S4:Ce具有相似的发射谱带,都具有蓝、绿两个发射峰,它们分别对应着Ce3的2D(5d)→F5/2(4f)和2D(5d)→F7/2(4f)的跃迁MGa2S4:Ce粉末的光致发光光谱随 Ce3浓度的增加略向长波方向移动;浓度相同的SrGa2S4:Ce的光谱相对于CaGa2S4:Ce蓝移约10nm.MGa2S4:Ce的电致发光与粉 末材料的光致发光相比明显向短波方向移动// 关键词##4//
A kind of TFEL materials MGa2S4:Ce3+ (M= Ca,Sr) has been synthesized by solid-state reaction. The XRD patterns show that both of CaGa2S4 and SrGa2S4 belong to the orthorhombic space group D, octahedral structure. The lattice parameters of these two materials have been lculated. The similar emission spectra with blue and green emission Peaks, which are from 2D(5d)→2F5,2(4f)and 2D(5d)→2F7/2(4f)under 430nm excitation, have been observed. The spectra of MGa2S4Ce3 shift toward long wavelength with increasing of Ce3+ concentration. The spectra of SrGa2S4Ce shift towards short wavelengthabout 10nm than that of CaGa2S4:Ce. EL spectra shift towafds shoft wavelength relative to PL.Keywords:thiogallate solid-state reaction XRD emission of Ce^(3+)
