摘要
归纳并提出了熔焊时母材中碳进入熔池中的方式,在此基础上,探讨了焊态下熔焊接头中脱/增碳层的形成原因、形成时期以及焊缝不均匀混合区中的碳分布特点.得出:母材中碳以机械混合、母材团、扩散混合三种方式进入熔池;焊态下,母材侧不完全熔化区因碳扩散而形成了不明显的脱碳层,焊缝倒不均匀混合区因多种碳来源方式而形成了碳分布不均匀的增碳层。利用异种钢接头的金相观察和硬度测试结果,验证了所得结论的正确性。
In this paper, the ways of carlion entering melten pool in base metal during fusionwelding are summed up, the reasons for formation and tindng of carbon depleted/enriched zonein asryelded joint and distribution of carbon in the heterogeneous mixture zone of weld metalare studied. The results show that carbon in base metal enters into melten pool in the three waysof mechanical ndxture, base metal group and diffusion ndxture and in as-welded joint, thepartially melting zone at the side of base metal oppears to be an unclear carbon depleted zonebecause of carbon diffusion, and the heterogeneous drixture zone at the side of weld metalappears to be a carbon enriched zone in which carbon distribution is heterogenous and randomdue to different ways of carbon entering. The correctness of those conclusions is proved by theresults of metallographic observations and hardness tests of the dissimilar steel welded joint ofCr30Ni9/high carbon steel.
