以羊膜为基底的小片状自体结膜移植治疗眼球结膜碱烧伤的实验研究 被引量:2

Experimental Study of Bulbar Conjunctiva Alkali Burn Treated with Small Pieces of Auto-transplantation of Conjunctiva Based on Amnion Membrane

摘要 目的探讨保存羊膜移植联合小片状自体结膜移植治疗碱烧伤的可行性.方法大耳白兔30只.右眼(实验组)和左眼(对照组)上部球结膜碱烧伤后24h分别行以羊膜为基底的小片状自体结膜移植和单纯小片状自体结膜移植.结果实验组植片成活率显著高于对照组(P〈0.05).实验组术后第3周结膜外观恢复正常,而对照组第5周结膜外观才恢复正常.结论大面积结膜碱烧伤早期应用羊膜可改善自体结膜植片的基底,有利于提高植片成活率,达到结膜结构与功能重建的目的. Objective To explore the feasibility of combining amniotic membrane transplantation with small pieces of auto-transplantation of conjunctiva to treat alkali burn. Methods Bilateral superior ball conjunctiva of flap-eared rabbits were burned by alkali. Twenty-four hours after burning, the right eye (experimental groups) was performed small pieces of auto-transplantation of conjunctiva based on amnion membrane, meanwhile, the left eye ( control groups ) was done merely small pieces of auto-transplantation of conjunctiva. Results The survival rate of experimental groups was significantly higher than that of control groups (P 〈 0.05 ). The appearance of conjunctiva in experimental groups turned into normal till the third week, while the appearance of conjunctiva in control groups recovered normal till the fifth week. Conclusion During the earlier period of conjunctiva alkali burn of large area, amnion membrane can improve conjunctiva auto-graft's funds and enhance auto-graft's survival rate to reach the aim of rebuilding structure and function.
