氧漂玉米秆化学浆的光催化补充漂白

摘要 研究了除髓玉米秆亚铵法化学浆通过DTPA预处理及H2O2强化氧碱漂白后的光催化补充漂白。经氧碱漂白后,玉米秆化学浆的白度为68.7%(ISO),高锰酸钾值1.76,黏度922 mL/g。以EO为光敏剂的光催化补充漂白实验表明,最佳漂白工艺条件为:用碱质量分数2.0%、浆浓1.0%、光敏剂质量分数0.3%、反应时间2.5 h。在此条件下,漂后浆的白度可达87%(ISO),高锰酸钾值0.43,黏度为738 mL/g。 The photocatalysis bleaching of ammonium sulfite corn stalk pulp was studied after DTPA pretreatment and oxygen-alkali bleaching with H2O2. The ammonium suifite corn stalk pulp with brightness 68.7% ISO, kappa number 1.76 and viscosity 922 mg/L was obtained by oxygen-alkali bleaching. The optimum condition for photocatalysis supplementary bleaching was Eosin Y dosage 0.3%, NaOH dosage 2.0%, activation time 2.5 h and the pulp consistency 1.0%. The obtained pulp was brightness 87% (ISO), kappa number 0.43, viscosity 738 mL/g.
