摘要
为了全天候实时监测变压器铁心接地情况并能及时进行故障处理,笔者分析了单点和多点接地时铁心接地回路中的电流和电压,采用监测接地线电流的方法设计了一种监测及限流装置,实现了接地线电流的实时监测和限流电阻的自动投切,将电流限制在规程要求的范围之内,避免了铁心过热和烧毁事故。论文较详细地介绍了整个装置的设计思想以及硬件和软件的功能,最后说明了该装置在现场实际的应用情况。
For round-the-clock and real-time monitoring of the transformer core grounding fault and timely treatment, the current and voltage in the grounding loop of a transformer core under the condition of single point or multi-point grounding were analyzed. A monitoring and current-limiting device was designed based on the principle of on-line monitoring the current in grounding loop, hence the real-time monitoring of grounding current and the automatic control of current-limit resistor were realized. Therefore the current can be limited in the range of standard to prevent the core from overheat or burnout faults. The whole design idea, the function of hardware and software were introduced, and the application condition of this device in the electric substation was also discussed,
