Microstructure and Friction and Wear Behavior of Ni/Nano-PTFE Composite Coating Prepared by Electro-Spraying Plating

摘要 采用电喷镀技术制备了Ni-纳米PTFE复合镀层,对镀层的摩擦磨损性能进行了研究。采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、电子探针微区成分分析仪(EPM)、红外光谱等方法分析了纳米PTFE在复合镀层中的存在形式和镀层表面形貌。结果表明,复合镀层表面晶粒细小均匀、结合紧密。随着纳米粒子含量的增加,镀层的耐磨性提高,摩擦系数降低。 Ni/nano-PTFE(polytetrafluoroeth-ylene)composite coating was prepared by electro-spraying plating,and the friction and wear behavior of the coatings was investigated.The morphology and microstructure of the composite coating and the distribution of nano-PTFE therein were analyzed using scanning electron microscope,electron probe micro-analyzer,and Infrared spectrometer.It was found that the composite coating was smooth,and the PTFE particles were tightly bonded with the nickel matrix and uniformly distributed in the coating.Moreover,the wear resistance of the composite coating increased with increasing content of nano-PTFE,while its friction coefficient decreased with increasing content of nano-PTFE.
