摘要
针对水轮机转轮叶片裂纹在线监测的要求,研究了基于DSP的小波分析方法,进行了软件和硬件设计,实现了在DSP上的小波分析,并用以对金属裂纹声发射信号进行分析,提取出信号的特征参数;用美国PAC公司SAMOS声发射检测系统进行验证的结果表明,所实现的DSP小波分析可以有效提取声发射信号特征。
According to the requirement for the on-line monitoring on cracks in the runner blade of Francis turbine in this paper, based on the DSP wavelet analysis method was studied, the software and hardware were designed, then wavelet analysis was realized on DSP. The metal crack acoustic emission signals were analyzed, signal characteristic parameters were extracted. Finally, by using the United States PAC companies SAMOS acoustic emission testing system the results of DSP were verified which indicated the wavelet analysis in the DSP available for extracting the acoustic emission signal characteristics.
