摘要
作者用不同以往的细胞移接法,首次获得了贻贝棘尾虫(Stylonychio mytilus)的口围带相邻的镜像骈体——口邻镜像骈体。观察了该骈体的形成过程、皮层形态及二分裂期间的形态发生。以上述实验结果为依据,初步讨论了该骈体的形成机理和模式形成的理论问题。
Using cell-graft method different from a former one (Shi et al. 1978), buccal neighbouring mirror-image doublet in Stylonychia mytilus was obtained for the first time.We observed this doublet's forming process, cortical morphology and morphogenesis.Based on these experimental results, the doublet's forming machenism and theoretical problems of pattern formation were discussed.
