摘要
本文在分析高校教师教学中存在的问题之后,指出要实施"知识+思维+做人"的授课模式。结合实例介绍工商类专业课程的授课艺术,正确定位教师在教学中的角色,发挥思考的主动性,引导深入思考,启发学生获得结论,引导其探讨学术问题,化抽象为形象,做好实验设计。
It is point out, after analyzing current situation existing in teacher's teaching, that "knowledge + thinking + behavior" should be teaching model. In the end, experiences of teaching business administration courses are introduced through personal examples. These are positioning teacher correctly in teaching, exerting thinking initiative, leading deepen thinking, illuming students to obtain conclusions, leading them to discuss academic problem, turning abstracts into visualness, preparing experimental design.
