容积式程控石油动态计量方法

摘要 以容积式流量计为计量器具的人工控制定量发油方法,无法满足以商业质量计算石油收发和储存的数值等技术要求,为此,本文介绍一种容积式程控石油动态计量方法.根据国家有关技术标准和目前石油动态计量的实际状况,作者在文中推导出容积式程控发油动态计量算法数学模型.近而根据我国定量控制发油的具体环境特点,将该数学模型予以简化处理,不仅使编程简单,而且节省了计算机的时间资源.文章还给出程控定量发油动态计量算法的程序流程图,并介绍针对石油计量的特点而设计的数据采集技术. This paper first points out that the manual Control fixed quantity deli- vering oil method with volume mode flowmeter as measuring tool can not meet technical requirements of numerical values of oil receiving, dispatching and storing by commercial quality calculation.Therefore,this paper introdu- ces volume mode program control oil dynamic measuring method.Especially according to the national technical standards concerned and oil dynamic mea- suring tool conditions,we calculated the volume mode program control oil dy- namic measuring algorithm mathematical model.Furthermore,according to the concrete environmental characteristics of oil delivering by fixed quantity cont- rol in our country,we simplified the mathematical model.Not only the prog- ramming is simpler but also the time is saved.The program flow chart of dy- namic measurement algorithm Of program control fixed quantity delivering oil is also presented in this paper.It is introduced that the data collecting techn- iques which are designed for oil has the combustible and easy explosion featu- re.
