摘要
详细介绍了Ajax技术及Ajax如何实现WebGIS来研究基于Ajax的WebGIS原理和实现方法。Google maps的出现，使得Ajax技术得到进一步发展。最后得出结论：基于Ajax技术的WebGIS具有不受浏览限制、访问速度快捷、开发方便、可以实现功能定制与扩充、并可以实现异步通讯的特点。
This paper introduced Ajax technology, and how to implement WebGIS based on Ajax. The Ajax is promoted by the advent of Google Map. In the end, the conclusion that WebGIS based on Ajax technology has the following advantages; It does＇t limited by the various web browers, can be accessed quickly, can be customized and extended, can make asynchronous.
