短信系统无论是在人们的现代生活中还是在企业等各行业的现代化办公中发挥越来越重要的作用，本文通过基于手机模块短信系统的现状、设计与应用功能实现的分析，结合开发商和用户需求的实际，以及对短信模块设计中一些技术设计思想要求的介绍，从多角度分析说明了现阶段手机短信系统发挥的作用、实现的价值和意义，存在的问题和以及社会对短信系统的期望和要求，希望达到的效果，并从理论和实践上说明了其可行性、实用性。
