摘要
一般旋风除尘器由于存在着内涡旋,消耗性能量损失较大。新近研制的XW型旋风除尘器通过设置开孔的内筒来消除内涡旋,可使除尘器在保证除尘效率不降低的情况下,压力损失减小40%。
Owing to the internal eddy currents,the conventional cyclone dust collectors consume a lot of energy for nothing.We have developed a new type of dust collec- tor-outer rotation cyclone-with an internal perforated cylinder to eliminate internal eddy currents.It can decrease the pressure loss by 40%,while maintaining the same dust collecting efficiency.
