本文简述了快速轴流工业ＣＯ２激光器基本工作原理及应用，着重分析了高压电源和稳流电路的设计原理。
The article illustrates the application and fundamental working principle of CO 2 laser in fast flow industry. It also analyzes the designing principle of hight voltage power suppy and stable current circuit.
