摘要
随着近年来平板显示工业的飞速发展,ITO透明导电玻璃获得了广泛的应用。透明导电玻璃的可见光透射率和ITO膜的膜厚有关,本文通过实验数据和理论计算。
The transparent conductive ITO glasses have wide application when the flat panel display industry developed rapidly in recent years. The visible transparence of the glasses strongly depends on the thickness of the ITO film. Their relations were presented by the experiment and theoretical calculation in this paper.
