摘要 内部营销是在重视员工的基础上,在企业内部开展的一种积极的战略协同活动,以培养员工的顾客导向和市场意识为核心,从而实现企业的营销战略转型。内部营销有益于企业组织结构的改善,有益于企业对人力资源的管理,同时,也为外部营销战略提供了支持。
