阐述了自由基、活性氧的产生及清除和对植物的伤害,植物超氧化物歧化酶的生物学功能及在细胞内的分布,环境胁迫与SOD基因的表达调控,SOD转基因植物与植物抗逆性,SOD与水分、盐分等逆境胁迫以及SOD与植物衰老的关系。
The production and clear system of free radical and reactive oxygen species （ ROS ）, and their damage to plants were summarized. The biological function of SOD and its distribution inside the cell were analyzed. The relationships between the environment stress and SOD expression, SOD transgenic plant and stress resistant, SOD and environmental stresses （water stress or salt stress） , SOD and plant senility were reviewed.
