摘要
以改性酚醛树脂、天然鳞片石墨、炭黑等为主要原料,采用模压热固化二步法制备质子交换膜燃料电池用石墨/酚醛树脂复合材料双极板。系统考察了树脂含量、石墨粒度、炭黑含量、溶剂比以及成型压力等因素对复合材料双极板性能的影响。结果表明:当树脂含量为15%,石墨粒度为-200目,炭黑含量为4%,溶剂比为1.0,成型压力为200MPa时制得的复合材料双极板的抗折强度>38MPa,电导率>126S/cm,密度>1.85g/cm3。
The graphite/phenolic resin composite bipolar plates were prepared with modified phenolic resin, natural graphite and carbon black by compression moulding. The influences of resin content, graphite granularity, carbon black content, ratio of solvent and molding pressure on the properties of the composite bipolar plates were investigated. The results show that the optimum resin content, graphite granularity, carbon black content, ratio of solvent and molding pressure should be 15%, -200 mesh, 4%, 1.0 and 200 MPa, respectively. The composite bipolar plates obtained under these conditions have a flexural strength over 38 MPa , a conductivity over 126 S/cm and a density over 1.85 g/cm^3.
