摘要
近3年应用磁共振脑立体定向技术，选择一侧中脑脊髓丘脑束和另一侧丘脑中央中核，再加双侧杏仁核毁损，治疗30例癌症顽痛患者，并终身随访，最长达2年多，取得了较好效果，既能有效地控制癌性顽痛，又能改善癌症患者的精神症状。
From May. 1993 to June. 1996, MR stereotachc wereperformed in 30 patients suffering from intractable pain syn-drim due to mahgnant diseases. The traumatic target wereone side rostral mesencephlotomy, another side centmeredi-an thalamotomy and bilateral amygdala. The results of the op-eration were satisfactory, not only relief pain, but also improreemotion . All patients ware followed - up to last time of life.Some technical aspects of the procedure and traumatic targetswere discussed.
