摘要
自1992年11月始采用抗上皮细胞膜单克隆抗体（抗EMA单抗）为探针，运用免疫组化法对130例消化道癌患者的骨髓血微小转移进行了研究，总的阳性率为41．5％。统计结果表明，患者阳性结果与年龄及临床分期、癌细胞分化程度有关。
The micrometastasis in bone marrow aspirated from 130 patientswith various digestive tract cancers were studied immunohistochemically by usinganti-epithelial membrane antigen (anti-EMA). The results showed that the overallpositive rate was 41. 5% and that positivity was associated with the age of the patient, the clinical staging and the differentiation of the cancer cells.
